Alana De La Garza has made a name for herself on television. The year was 1976. De La Garza was born to a Mexican-American father and an Irish-American mom in Columbus Ohio. Her move to Texas to pursue her dream of becoming an Occupational Therapist in the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last very long in Texas and then relocated into Orlando Florida where she experienced many acting opportunities that included local independent films and global commercials. Despite small roles, she quickly discovered her passion in acting. In 2001, she emigrated to New York where her first appearance was on the All My Children's soap opera, playing Rosa Santos. Throughout the early 2000s she was a small part in JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. In 2004 she was cast as her first part of a series on The Mountain which was a short-lived television drama. De La Garza played Maria Serrano along with some of the best TV actors including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggi, and Mitch Pilegge. The year 2006 was the time she was A.D.A. on Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared in 85 episode. Her character was later seen on the short-lived spin-off Law & Order: LA. Her character was a hit and earned De La Garza several nominations such as Best Supporting Actress - Television from the Imagen Foundation Awards and even several ALMA Award noms. She won an Impact Award in 2008 for her outstanding performance on an intense television show from National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza was then cast as a recurring part on CSI Miami. She was Marisol Delko's wife and David Caruso's character Horatio Caine. as the character Dr. Lena Solis, she was last seen in NBC's dark comedy Do No Harm. The show was cut by NBC after only two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She is of Italian descent and has a younger brother Cory who is ten years older than her. She grew up in the strict, religious home of her family. Milano's journey into the world of sports began when she was seven, when her babysitter took the girl to an audition. She was one of four girls chosen out of more than 1,000 aspirants. Milano was featured in commercials on television and off-Broadway as well, such as the American musical version from Jane Eyre.
